Processing Time : Since our items are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take slightly longer, we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery Time :

• Within Pakistan Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier service.
• Delivery times may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges : Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking : Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.
