All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed once payment (or Cash on Delivery confirmation, if applicable) is received.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Product Availability : Because items are handmade, stock is limited. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and offer a similar alternative, store credit, or a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time : Since our items are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take slightly longer, we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery Time :

Within Pakistan Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier service.
Delivery times may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges : Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking : Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays : While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays can happen due to courier or weather-related issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this occurs.

Return & Refund Policy

Each creation from Bliss & Blend is made with love and personalized for you. Because of hand made and custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on most items

We want you to love your Bliss & Blend piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns :

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please NOTE that returns are not accepted solely because you no longer like the product or have changed your mind. Replacements are only available if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product. If you experience either of these issues, please contact our support team within the specified return period, and we will be happy to assist you.
Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, or size are normal and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items :

Custom or made-to-order items.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care (please see our Care Instructions page).

How to Request a Return :

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via our [Contact page], including your order number and photos of the item (if there's a quality concern).
Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds : Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred) within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items : If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Care Instructions (Preserve Detailing)

Handmade crochet pieces deserve a little extra care to keep their shape, softness, and color for years to come. Here's how to look after your Bliss & Blend item:

General Care :

Hand wash only, in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing, as it can distort the stitching and shape.
Do not wring or twist the item, gently press out excess water instead.
Reshape the item while damp and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Avoid hanging crochet pieces, as this can stretch the fibers.
Keep away from direct sunlight while drying to prevent color fading.

Storage :

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture to prevent mildew.
For bags and pouches, stuff lightly with tissue paper to help maintain their shape when not in use.
Avoid storing crochet items in plastic bags for long periods, cotton or breathable fabric bags are best.

Keychains & Small Accessories :

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or oils, which can stain the yarn over time.
Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed.

Bags & Wallets :

Avoid overloading to prevent stretching.
Keep metal chain straps dry to prevent tarnishing.

Coasters & Table Runners :

Wipe spills promptly to avoid staining.
Hand wash as needed and reshape while damp, following the general care steps above.
